this incense burner is meant to be seen and also catch all those ashes. made with a dark clay body, hand thrown then carved.

all work is microwave and dishwasher safe but ideally hand washed for longevity.

all work is handmade and WILL show the marks of this process.

artist statement:

I took some time, to slow down, even more than usual. In a world that is speeding up, that is forgetting how important our humanity is, I made things with my hands and time. To me, they represent that slowing down and showing intention will bring us back to the present. Putting things in your home that have hope and breath behind them matters, buying things that might outlast you, matters. I made these for you, and secretly, I want to keep them all.
